Director of Data & Equity Assessment

Office for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23006973) Develops complex reports integrating data from various data systems across the University.
Implements programs to process and manipulate large datasets.
Prepares a variety of reports on equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Develops policies and ensures compliance with all operating procedures and regulations.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Equity and Inclusion, the Director of Data and Equity Assessment develops complex reports integrating data from various data systems across the university, implementing programs to process and manipulate large datasets, writing queries for extracting data, preparing static reports with both tabular and graphical presentations as well as dynamic reports to provide review and assessment of equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
The Director of Data and Equity Assessment provides leadership for the review and assessment of diversity and inclusion initiatives that focus on student success, campus climate, diversity recruitment, hiring and retention, and procurement practices.
The incumbent provides guidance for evaluating, adopting, and integrating effective equity and inclusion practices for campuses.
Specific attention is prioritized on the use of an equity lens-based approach to policy review and assessment.
Director works collaboratively within the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and partners with Pittsburgh and regional campus stakeholders to coordinate and develop strategies and replicate and promote best practices.
Master's Degree preferred.
Experience with DEI, preferably in a higher education setting, preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
