We are currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Full-Time Direct Support Professional in the Harrisburg area.
$1,000 sign on bonus $1,000 referral bonus for full time employees and $250 bonus for part time employees MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED PREFERRED EXPERIENCE One year of experience in human services or related field Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with Mental Health Diagnoses Excellent communication skills and organizational skills/detail-oriented Direct Care/In-Home Caregivers:
Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.
Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.
Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Many different shifts are available facility operates 24/7.
