We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals! Our orientation consists of a 6-week training program combining time in a classroom setting focusing on learning rules and regulations of home health, hands-on skills, and documentation guidelines, and then time spent in the field shadowing a preceptor and applying your knowledge caring for patients.
Job Duties Include:
? Performing in-home visits focused on patient assessment, teaching, and care ? Completing comprehensive patient assessments and developing patient plans of care ? Performing patient care including wound care, lab draws, and IV administration ? Completing documentation in a timely manner and communicating as necessary with patient physicians and other healthcare providers ? On-Call Rotation for Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays ? Participating in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings
Qualifications:
? Graduate of an accredited school of nursing ? Current RN license to practice in Pennsylvania ? Valid PA Driver's License ?
